NO SERVICE FROM DSTV

Very disappointing. On the 25 of March 2019 we went in to our local DSTV branch to ask for the price locking on the March special that ended on 31 March 2019. The guy immediately phoned DSTV to let them know. He told us that DSTV will contact us. Today is the 3rd of April and nothing. No services.
