NO SERVICE FOR 30 DAYS!!!

I have been waiting since the end of April to get any form of assistance.I have been told we are escalating the problem and somebody will contact you in 24 hours.Its been a month.Yesterday I have made another 3 calls to you in 3 hours time.Again was promises a phone call.My last call I have requested for the extra view to be cancelled on both my 2 extra TV's,since I have paid for a service in May which I did not receive and I am definitely not going to pay for the same service for June.So here is the strange part.The same issue I had on the 2 extra views ......just moved over to my primary decoder.I have made my last call tonight requesting for a suspension on all service.No sorry mam,I can not do this cause you are on price lock.Oh,really????You expect me to pay for a non service delivery for another month without any assistance or help or advise???I have requested for a service manager to contact me,a manager,technicians that actually do work in my area....and no reply.You only escalate with the hope that I will stop complaining. Not happening hey.. So good luck with your debit order tonight,IT WILL NOT GO THROUGH!!!!I have also stated that I need a technician to come to my house so that we can get the problem and fix it.If it is on my side,I will pay as long as it gets resolved.So for more than a month I have given you enough time to get me sorted,but you failed.And please do not apologize as I have heard it enough the last month and nothing else happened.I have responded via your fb inbox and will no longer reply to any messages there.
