No service. Empty promises. *********** staff

I have sent numerous reviews to DStv about my connected service issues. The last complaint submitted was on Wednesday on the 4th of March. I was very excited to receive a call from a gentleman Thursday 5th of March apologizing for the bad service and confirming the matter was dealt with wrong and indeed someone from connected services will call me en the evening at the agreed time of 20:00 to resolve the matter. Needless to say say, I am still waiting. So DStv your response to my earlier reviews means absolutely nothing as you have done nothing to action. Poor Poor Poor
