No service -DSTV is a ****!

I cpntacted the call centre to downgrade my services to R238, which was succesfully done as I could see it on the DSTV App, come debit order date an amount of R528 was debited, had to reverse it from my Bank and was charged R40 for that reversal and yet still transfer R238 to Multichoice. Why was my request not actioned on time? why such an inconvenience ? so why did i spend my airtime to call?
