No service

I started experiencing issues with dstv internet after working for two weeks in March,they have not assisted me but kept on saying they will call back and the have never did,I paid end of march,still I'm not assisted,always when I phone requesting my money they keep me on music for more that 7 minutes but always the initial call does take that,my last call they keep me on hold for far longer.i need help in getting my money
