No service

I cancelled my subscription in February 2020, my last payment was end of March 2020. A year and 6 months i get a call from debt collectors that i I owe R195. In the past year i had no communication from DSTV. When i call in i spoke to Somila Siphango which inturn said d it will be escalated and someone from finance will call me because on her system there is nothing outstanding. Can you please sort this out or give me call. I still have proof for f payments of each one i made
