Firstly I wish there was a zero rating as that's what this company deserves. I ordered a DStv explora to upgrade from my PVR as it started giving hastles and they couldn't fix it as now they have the explorer. I took the explora which comes with installation at a price of 99 the delivered the decoder in July however to date no installation has taken place I have called several times and early this month I was told that my name is being forwarded to an installer I have been paying for a product that I dnt even have access to since July and the best part when you call the contact centre you are told that the price lock division has no contact details. Multichoice is taking its clients for granted because they have no competition it's really disappointing the disrespect and disregard shown to paying client mayb some1 should start a campaign for all subscribers to cancel Thier subscription and use wifi and maybe then they will see the value in respecting customers
