I switched on the rugby 201 at 08h00 21 September to find an error on all channels E162 'We are experiencing technical difficulties Please leave your decoder on'. I tried to contact the call centre but was cut off. I then rebooted and the error was cleared. Also my viewing was interrupted last night when I received a message We are checking your subscription status. I don't pay for *******.
