No service and nobody cares
<p>I upgraded my sevices yesterday and Iam sitting with no service on my extra view decoder. I keep calling and get placed on hold for longer than 15 minutes at a time and still not resolved. I'm truly gatvol with poor service from them 80% of the time. Someone please deal with my problem as this is not how you treat a long standing client </p>
