No Service and Excuses

<p>Purchased an entry level HD decoder with installation included</p> <p>Texted as per instructions giving area and town 3 working day repsonse first vendor contracted from two supp**** vendor came and looked and said need a bracket ,3 working days late nothing DSTV rep phones and supplies an alternate installation vendor when I phone the vendor he will not do the installation as he has not been paid for previous work done. Why do I as the customer have to fight the internal read tape and endure bad service?</p>
