No service after logging a fault

I logged a fault on 16 Feb - ********** . I am still waiting for a solution. When trying to watch content on catchup plus it buffers. I have a 10Mbps line which is more than adeqaute to stream HD content. I did a trace route an noticed that there is packet loss on mweb servers that DSTV uses to server their content. I am amazed that DSTV is a very technical business yet it is impossible to get to speak to anyone technical who understands how their content is server to customers. I will probably still not get a technical person to respond to this complaint. The multichoice advert says, "Watch what you want when you want." This is not my experience, you have to wait for it to buffer for half an hour before you can watch anything. Clearly multichoice do not have the capacity to server their premium customers. This is not a premium service. I would like a refund please.

Automated bot responses like this should not be allowed on Hello Peter. I want to talk to a real person please.

I have had promises like this already since 16 Feb. You don't say when someone will be contacting me. I thought you were supposed to resolve issues within 48 hours. There has just been an article on mybroadband that you are expanding live streaming to all premium customers. You can' even serve your existing premium customers without buffering. Once again empty promises. This is not a premium service.

I have called ********** 00. I waited on the line for 12 minutes for Abigail and then I gave up. This is useless. She also promised to get someone to call me. Tlhalosang called me but also could not help me. He doesn't have access to the technical information on the DSTV network to be able to resolve my issue. I don't want to be called by another person who can't help me. Get your senior engineer who monitors the traffic on your network to call me.
