Terrible Arrogant No Care Service

We bought a new LNB on Saturday 13 November for R580. The gentleman that assisted us, was very arrogant and even rude.

We advised that we are looking for a Smart 4 connector LNB for our Explora. However, he sold us the incorrect device.

My husband immediately went back with it to make sure And he was addament that it was in fact the right one.

However, when we fitted the device, it was clearly INCORRECT.

Today, 15 November, DSTV refuses to refund us for the incorrect unit. According to them there is no returns on it. But the gentleman with sold it to us never said anything about it upfront. Not even when we went back to make sure that the unit is the correct one.

There is just no urgency nor any friendliness from anyone of the 4x staff members there
