NO SERVICE
Ever wondered why people cancel their subscriptions with dstv because of non existent service. I have been struggling for 18 months to rectify my account but always get the same response IT IS ESCALATED BUT NOBODY EVEN BOTHER TO PHONE BACK. PLEASE DON'T SEND ME THE SOMEBODY WILL CONTACT YOU EMAIL BECAUSE IT NEVER HAPPENS.

I fully understand your concern and the frustration caused. All Price Lock billing related queries needs to be referred to the finance team. This is due to the restrictions that has to be adhered to. It is for this reason that no adjustment can be made without the Price Lock finance team approval.
The matter is pending investigation, once communication is received. You will be updated.
