NO SERVICE!

So, I wanted to buy myself out of the price lock deal a couple of months prior to it expiring.... seeing that DSTV prices can't compare to all the "new" possibilities on the market. Phoned them on the 1st of February 2018 to give them a month's notice and to find out how much I would have to pay (for the decoder)..... where I got a response from a poorly trained DSTV representative on the other side that it will cost me +/- R11k ... where my response was please justify that amount to me... and she was unable to. Then for two more months they never cancelled the subscription as per my request in Feb.... and not following your clients requests.... 1st mistake.Then eventually after numerous tries I was able to get through to the Price Lock Department .... seeing that they don't have a direct line? Seriously? You pride yourself on this plan.... yet no one can reach you directly...!! Needless to say when I only then in May got hold of them ..... they managed to send me a settlement letter of R772.42 delighted that it wasn't going to be R11k I was ready to settle and move on. Only to realise that on this letter there was no banking details..... and I only had until the 2nd of June 2018 to pay this amount. I contacted them again requesting that the banking details be sent to me via email..... with all the ***** doing the rounds.... never received it. So I phoned on the 5th of June (3days) after payment was due .... and me not having the banking details that they would have preferred me to pay in, now all of sudden I owe R4039.00. Spoke to a chap called Bongani..... and as per my previous experience he was not trained for such questions as how do you justify the amount going from R772.42 to R4039.00, I request to speak to a team leader..... then I got a chap called Ithumeleng Segaloe....and he was also not able to justify the big jump..... and promised that he will sort it out for me ..... and he'll get someone to explain the jump and then every time you phone back to speak to him.... they can't put you through .... but will send a mail so that he can phone you back..... so now DSTV I've contacted you so many times between the 05.06.18 - 20.06.18 and every time the person on the other side gave me figures ranging from R2847,R2996.00, R3980 and R4039 that is due!!! So not sure if you know what you're doing, I don't think so!! My last call was on the 20th of June REF: ********** 3/I87 .... still waiting for my call back and explanation that how in 3 days it went from R772.42 .... to wich ever ridiculous amount you say I'm owing!! Then on Wednesday the 4th of July you decide to update my profile with the credit bureau and hand me over for collections??? ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND???? Phone me back as per your many many many promises.... and train your staff to resolve queries!!!!!!!!! I want this sorted out immediately!!! I will gladly pay the amount as per the settlement letter......... and you better ensure that you update my credit score very quickly!
