No service

The screen went blank when I was watching 403 ENCA at 23h15 on 22 May and when it came back after a few minutes the picture and sound quality was poor. Clearly no problem on my end. The report was about Tom Moyane. Really not worth paying for a non service.

This morning at 00h30 on 25 May the ENCA picture froze and stayed that way for 15 minutes followed by a blank screen. The sound and imaged came back after half an hour. All the other channels were working fine. Please investigate and resolve. Useless service as usual.
