I decided to upgrade my package from Family to Premium using the whatsapp menu. After half an hour I rebooted and was still on the Family package. I contacted helpdesk and after another half hour was told it can take up to 24 hours to activate. Terrible service. I will cancel subscription.

19 Feb 2023, 03:54I upgraded to watch the Proteas WOMEN play cricket in the worldcup T20 matches. I was unable to watch the full match against Australia due to loadshedding. Please show all the worldcup matches on a dedicated sports channel like you do for soccer. Surely worldcup matches especially womens cricket deserves to be shown more often than occasional mens test cricket
