NO SERVICE

DSTV Stream is not working. Telephone assistance is not working. The chat function is ridiculous. Lehlonolo is so concerned about selling me something that they don't even sort out my problem. After telling me it is the browser, then it is my internet connection, then I send screenshot where the "help" last night was that they experience a problem. Then they try on their side, get the same error, but I still have to jump through hoops. An hour later and only then do they realize it may not be the user and then escalate. No wonder you are losing clients.
