No Service 13 Days - No Call back as promised!!!!

I contacted DSTV on the 5th of January and asked the consultant to assit me to get my wifi router connected to my Explorer. I was put through to a different team who manages this. The consultant took down all my details including my router detail and advised me the call will be escalated to a technician who will contact me the followinf day between 7 and 8. The following evening when I received no call I still did not get any call back and I then called the call centre again. This time an agent advised me that they will only return my call between 24 and 72 hrs(Somthing the previous agent neglegted to advise me. By Monday 11 Jan still no one contacted me amd I called the call centre again. The call centre agent advised me she took the matter up with her supervisor and promised someone will contact me even if it was after 8pm. Needless to say, I am still waiting. Numerous attempts to get someone to help me has failed and DSTV are happy when they can collect their monthly installment but not that eager to assist their ever so loyal customers(Loyal as we do not have any other choice as to SP). What frustrates me more is I have to foot the high cell phone bill end of the month.
