No sense at all

At this point I don't even know why I still pay for Dstv. I reconnected my services 25 August, I'm now disconnected again because apparently I made the re-connection too soon before September. Very annoyed and feeling I should just get the 'not enough' credit on my account as a refund and stop paying for repeating content.,
