No Sales Service!
I have installed a dish, and a decoder and was promised activation on Saturday. To date, nothing has happened. I have spoke to 4 agents today, put on hold for 25minutes and nothing. Clearly DSTV doesn't value new business. Shocking service!!!!

29 Mar 2022, 06:48Hi. Is this your standard level of service? Unfortunately, customer service is lacking completely. What's your turnaround time. Seems because you are the only sport viewing providers, you dictate when and if you respond to paying customers. I think this is completely outrageous. Your call center is not equipped to service as your phone lines disconnect after 2minutes and your staff aren't even aware of your package offering. What a joke.
