No Response...72hrs

Dstv contacts me... I have taken out a compact plus package... the sales consultant calls me to offer me a pricelock on my package. I agree... however 1 Feb 2022 i am disconnected... my premium already went off 25 January 2022. I contact Dstv... i am told the Sales Consultant has price locked me on a Premium Package... now this was not my request! Now I've been on the fone for 3days...no one can assist. Ive been given so many ref no's. I visited the offices of Dtsv in Waterglen Shopping Center Pta East...spent 2 hrs there... only to be told this is not there department. I have to go to Randberg. I live in Pta East.... how can this problem not be solved in 72 hrs... I am beyond fustrated with this service i have received from Multi choice... I can't believe no one has even contacted me after this matter has been escalated to the pricelock department.... what kind of mickey mouse business is this....are you not a reputable company thats been around for years... My latest ref no is : ***I104. Maybe if i post bad service on social media, Hello Peter, or your website....i might get some help...😡😡😡
