No response to customers queries

So as a dstv subscriber I assume when I pay that monthly debit I have access to the latest shows and they will be broadcast in a timely manner. However vuzu has failed to broadcast season 11 of the bachelorette.the twitter handler for vuzu has ignored numerous other people's requests on when it will be starting and the Facebook post from another subscriber. If you guys do not plan on broadcasting this show let the viewers know<br> know.I have no clue why you have a twitter account if it is to ignore your viewers requests for shows. If you do not plan on showing the bachelorette let me know.I have been thinking of changing to Internet viewing and it's about time I do so if dstv is not going to provide me with shows I want. You guys have limited time before we have more options and by treating viewers poorly or not showing programme that is clearly being asked for you will lose in the long run<br> I think it's time.I upgraded my adsl line and do some live streaming instead if you guys have decided to stop showing the bachelorette and bachelor and since you guys ignore viewers on twitter I have no information on this?<br> <br>
