No response received from DSTV for new deal

Sent a sms for the R749 package on 27/11/2018. Didn't receive a callback. Called customer service centre a week after - agent said that he will get someone to call me but nobody called. Called the call centre twice last week. The first time, the agent said he will escalate but when I called again the next day, another agent informed me that it my complaint wasn't escalated. The 2nd agent informed me that she would get her supervisor to call me back re my query but yet again, nobody returned my call. I complained on DSTV's Facebook page last week too - they said that I should send my details to them so that they could sort it. Yet again, I didn't receive feedback. Absolutely pathetic service and lies. One would think that you guys would try to keep your loyal customers especially since you are losing so many.
