No response from dstv

We are trying to get answers about our new upgrade package. Still no answer after several phone calls. I have been promised that i will get e mails of confirmation, STILL NO ANSWERS!!!! You phone the call centre, then they make promises and they can never phone you back. Staying on the line for more than 10 min per call. Thinking about stopping dstv and moving towards data line. This is rediculas.
