No response from dstv

In july I requested a downgrade on my dstv package from premium to compact. The downgrade was confirmed for 1 aug 2015. As of 1 sep 2015 dstv upgraded the package to premium again, without notifying me or consulting with me. For the past 2 weeks I have been trying to contact them to fix this and I just keep being referred to someone else. No one has yet contacted me or given me any answers.
