No response from bots / refund for no service
I have tried to get hold of Dstv through their online chat and WhatsApp. They are both bots and one cannot get any useful response. Online promises a person when they are available but they do not become available. Is Dstv going to refund the last 3 months where they have not offered a full service? Will they only charge for a lesser package?
