I have been trying to get some response about my query around the deduction of R2306.43 from my bank account on 01/04/2015. An amount of R921.50 was credited to my account on 22/04/2015 after I queried the deduction. After numerous queries by phone and e-mail, I still do not get response as to how my account was debited for R2306.43 minus R921.50 (difference paid by me then was R1384.93 in the Month of April (deduction on 01/04/2015). I already contacted GETCLOSURE, with no effect.<br> <br> I had one Explora and a previous generation PVR as Extra View (bought for cash some time ago) for which I should have paid up till the date that the new Explora was activated. From that day on I had two Exploras in my house (one as Extra View and one as my Primary). The \old"PVR was supposed to be de-activated at the same time.<br> <br> To my knowledge"
