NO RESPONSE ! DSTV BOX OFFICE
This is the fourth week in a row I am writing on Hello Peter about the same problem

The Multichoice Hello Peter representative has failed to resolve the problem desite many promises and it seems she has no authority to get things resolved

Nobody has come back to me from the support centre despite numerous requests sent via the website support , telephone calls to call centre and chat support - the only answer I ever get is \ we will escalate the problem "
There seems to be a lot of ' escalating ' going on but no results
To summarise the problem :
I am trying to rent movies on Box Office Online
Previous attempted movie downloads have failed to download but the charge was still deducted for the attempted downloads [ on the movies page ]
I have a R77.00 credit balance on the box office account but on the movies page it shows I only have R 3.00 credit
When I try to download a movie I get an ' insufficient funds ' message . even though there is a R77.00 balance on the box office account it is not syncing with the movies page
"""
