no response DPP
I have thrice spoken to 3 multichoice agents regarding the DPP & expressed interest in getting one. They did escalate to the DPP responsible people & I even smed at least twice but have never had anyone calling me back.<br> the first time was in 2015 November I think the last agent confirmed all the times that it was escalated but however no one phones back.<br> Why then do you ask clients to sms when you don't bother following up? Clearly some people are not doing their jobs in that dept. Since 2015, really, Multichoce????? <br> DPP agents need to catch a wake up call. I am still expecting the call, by the way
