No response

Good Day I'm a Dstv subscriber and I'm not happy with the services. I called in 3 times today asking them to send me my Statement via Email as usual but I didn't receive it. The 4th time I spoke to a lady by the name of Happy she said she was the supervisor she took my details and said she had sent the email but I'm still waiting. This is putting me in a bad position cause I need the statement to update my banking details. <br> Please help me <br> <br> <br> <br> help cause I don't have other accounts
