NO RESPONSE
Payment cannot be tracked with my id number now its my problem,<br> <br> they say they will get back to me and no one does they just keeping turning off my service,<br> <br> iv tried resolving this with 3 different supervisors and still nothing.<br> <br> The service is appolling.<br> <br> dont feel like having dstv anymore<br> disgusted

Reference is made to our telephonic conversation in regards to the missing payment for September 2014.
We advised that we are unable to trace your payment with the information you supp****. We also advised that we need the reference number used to pay the account in order for us to trace and allocate the payment.
In order to try and resolve your problem we advised that you go back to the place where you made the payment and request a print out of the payment for September 2014
