No Response

I was initially a DSTV client with staff benefits on my account. I needed to change my SD decoder to an explorer or else I forfeit my benefit but they sent through that notice email to an old email address so I was not aware. When I saw the massive debit order go off and my child accounts got debitted the same, I went through to DSTV, exchanged my decoder, requested the change back to staff account and requested a credit. Since Tuesday last week, I have been tryng 3-4 times a day to get hold of Multichoice to get my credit refunded back into my account but they ignore my emails, don't answer the phone when I call ********** 000 and the agent on Facebook told me he can't assist me. I send through about 2 emails a day following up but nobody ever responds to me. I want this sorted and I want this sorted now. Multichoice is *****ing my money and completely avoid me and any credit due to me and everyone I speak to does not assist me and tell me to wait for the email reply. I HAVE BEEN WAITING, FOR A WEE****!!!!

Hi Girly

The credit was processed but my child account got about R100 less than me when the accounts were changed on the same day. At the same time, why is credit Pro Ratad whent he bill was for the month in advance for July but I submitted the change on the 28th of June?? There should be no Pro rata in the credit.
