No responds from Competitions Department

<p>I received a call from Multichoice***) on the between 11- 12 April 2016, notifying me that I have won a R5000 shopping voucher and they will deliver the voucher between 18th and 22nd April. On the 22nd April I received an SMS stating that the was a delay with the voucher delivary and my voucher will be delivered between 26th and 29th April 2016. I havent received my shopping voucher and I also went to Multichoice City in Randburg to get ***istance by the reception couldn't get hold of Elfreda and Samantha in the competitions department, I keep on calling the two competitions numbers that I have but still I do not get any responds.
