NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERLY

My mom who is 81 years old has gone to DSTV - Springs twice in the last few months with the same problem. The treatment by the staff their is extremely rude and unhelpful. There is no consideration for the elderly and she has been made to stand in a line for more than 2 hours on both occasions. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE MANAGEMENT AND THE UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. I have sent a complaint on the DSTV Website to date no response. These incompetant staff members need to be trained correctly before being allowed to deal with the public. If other companies can treat the elderly with respect then surely DSTV can do the same
