no resolve with DSTV Now website issue-TV Guide not loading.

I have just been on a live chat discussing the inability to get into the DSTV TV Guide and after a long conversation trying all his suggestions, he ended the conversation....He could have at least said he will refer the problem or something . Instead he told me to sign in on another device without waiting for a response. There is apparently an error on their website regarding the TV Guide link. It doesn't work, at least not on a PC. It does work on a mobile.
