NO RESOLVE
Good day<br> <br> Please assist.<br> <br> I have had massive queries on this account and it was eventually resolved in February 2016.<br> <br> At the end of February when I do my monthly payments my statement on the system showed a credit of R471.28 on my account.<br> <br> I do all my other payments with no payment to DSTV as my account is in credit.<br> <br> I did receive a sms on 1 March 2016 that I owe R1 086.72, and on the system the only statement was the one showing a credit of R471.28.<br> I went onto the DSTV website and queried it. No-one addressed that query.<br> <br> This morning its cut. <br> <br> I go into the system and there is a statement for the 3rd of March stating a balance of R307.72 but it is lying under the NOT YET DUE column.<br> <br> After two very long phonecalls I have received 4 different amounts that are due on this account.<br> <br> I am exhausted in dealing with this. It seems as soon as everything is sorted then there are new issues.<br> <br> Please could someone give me clarity on how I can receive a statement dated 3rd March 2016 that I have an amount NOT YET DUE of R307.72, and on the 17/03/2016 I owe over R1000.00?<br> <br> It seems as if you guys are really trying very hard to get rid of customers.<br> Charmaine Atkinson<br>
