No refund

In May 2023 I merged my dstv account and showmax into 1 account and asked showmax to stop debiting my account separately. They debited in May and August and when I asked them to refund they are playing hide and seek. They've asked me to provide certain documents and said I'll get my money last week already. I am very 😡 cause I use my own money to call them and they make me hold for long
