No refund

On the 25th of July 2016, I made an EFT payment of R1000 in error to Multichoice. On the 26th of July they deducted R817 via an agreed debit order. On the 27th I requested Multichoice through their call center to refund the R1000. The consultant confirmed via an email that the R1000 will be refunded - 27/07/2016. However, this did not happen. I followed up with the call center on the 4th of August - the status was said to be 'pending'. I was promised that the refund would be made within 72 hours. On the 9th I, again, followed up but there was no resolution. I was promised that supervisor Prudence would call me - this did not happen.
