No refund
After weeks of arguing and fighting, Multichoice finally admitted that they owe me a refund. They sent me a statement that was supposed to prove that they refunded the money on 1 April. My guess is that it was an April Fool joke, since the money is still not in my account. They cannot be trusted.

According to our records you refund was paid in to your Nedbank account on the 1 April as advised .
Should the refund still not reflect in your bank account please advice us by return mail at *** as well forwarding us copy of your latest bank statement in order for us to assist you accordingly.
