We ,your customers ,pay your salary and therefor we expect you to use your common sense. Not all your premium customers can afford the extra for PVR But the decision makers hide behind their desks and refuse to lower themselves to talk to the average viewer. I challenge you to have an open discussion about decisions that you have made. 1} without PVR no streaming 2} Not in retirement home no discount.
