No reason for extra deduction

Phoned in november regarding my dstv account as they charged me R370 extra in December, and my account is on price lock. Both consultants said I should not worry they still need to deduct the discounts. And what happened today they deducted the R1375. This is bad service and they are just trying to make money. I'm canceling my subscription.
