NO PRICE LOCK ON PRICELOCK

I have a contract with DSTV on their price lock option where im paying R 584.00 and have 3 month remaining on my contract. Yesterday i received an sms that i will be debited R 703, i called the call centre and spoke to a Nqobile who advised that she cant see why its showing a balance of R 703. She advised that she will escalate the query and i would receive a call yesterday or this morning. It now midday and i called again and spoke to Ntokoza who asked me all sorts of questions about my query although i had given the reference number ***8-c1 and in the end couldnt help. Can somebody give me a call regarding URGENTLY!!!!
