No permission given- package changed!!!!!

My husband called in last month to find out what the price difference will be between streaming and our current package. Today payment was made, we cannot watch TV as the consultant says we are now on a holiday package and need to pay an additional R600.00. We DID NOT agree to ANY changes or increase in current package. I will report this to all parties and I will take this to social media. I suggest you resolve this matter TODAY!!!!!! Pathetic!!!!!!!!!
