No payment received after paying

I downgraded from premium to family as you advertised that you would show all cricket worldcup matches on all packages. Supersport 2 was blocked. I then upgraded back to premium again payed in full and received a message saying no payment received and my service will be terminated. If you do not recognize my payment please credit it and I'll cancel service.
