NO PAYMENT ALLOCATED
I made a payment on the 29 August!!! Used the same details that I normally use, now all of a sudden MY PAYMENT IS NOT REFLECTING!! Called the call center, spoke to a very useless agent who just doesn't get it! Now they have added additional fees....WHERE IS MY PAYMENT????
