No one knows what they doing at multi-choice

This is worst service I received... been phoning dstv for two and still my matter has not been resolved ....

Getting the following error ..license denied sw_secure_decode... been advised that my matter will be handled with care and a technician will phone me .. guess what ... matter has not been resolved... phone in to cancel my service ... got no apology or anything... guess what ... subscription still not canceled... not your money worth ... won't recommend
