No one knows what they doing

I have a problem making payment for my dstv online. So I phone them to get a solution then they tell me no they cannot help me I must make EFT payment. Phoned again for support and they literally tell me they cannot help. Used their online bot guy tries and resets it but fails miserably, tells me to check if it works, exactly the same created account but it opens my same account. Before I can give feedback the guy leaves the chat. DSTV charges a **** load of money because they the only people that we can use to watch sport then they give ****py service because they know they have no competition. Worst service from a money hungry company.
