No one is willing to help.

This is my last avenue for help. I have tried Call center 3 times, Accounts direct, Through the DSTV forum also tried the link on the website that says you will get to the right person at the top, that linked to a blank page.

I am starting to think DSTV is trying it's hardest not to help. All i am looking for i one person that will take charge of my issue and deal with it until it's conclusion. No me having to go to every department and them blaming all the other departments.

1. I changed bank accounts, so i changed my debit order online 3 times to my new account. Now it seem i have to pay cash, and not one response from DSTV telling me the debit order didn't go through.

2. Because of the debit issue i had to pay via ebill on Nedbank page. There it told me i owed R2500.

3. Had a look at DSTV website and it told me i owe R1500.

4. My usual debit is R980.

5. I paid the R1500 only to be told when I called DSTV to find out why Nedbank still said i Owe R1000, I had paid R560 to much.

6. Every day on the DSTV website i am told a different amount that i have to pay, Today it is R500 last week it was R650.

The call centre says i don't owe anything on their system, Nedbank ebill and the DSTV Website says different. How much do i now have to pay for next month? Where are all these extra amounts coming from, and why is the billing different to what is show to me. When will my debit order come back on?

And when will someone start to take responsability withing the organisation for sorting out this issue, instead of passing the blame onto someone else.
