No one is willing to assist

i have been trying to get assistance from Chris since August and have the emails to proof it. He passed me on to the front desk. When I got to the front desk they told me Chris should assist as he is executive sales representative. After much a do we were assisted again by Sharnah Hendricks, who was also very reluctant to help and pass me back to Chris. I have emails going since August and have just about had it. They are not interested in helping or going the extra mile. I am totally disgusted by their no care attitude and want this letter to go to the Executive board of Multichoice.
