No one is responding to me!!

I saw the special of DSTV where you get the Explora decodeer + installation and subscription for R899 pm. I have the PVR so i would like to upgrade. I contacted Multichoice and they told me someone will contact me in 48 hours because there is a high demand for this special. I understood that and i gave them time. About two weeks past and no one phoned me to do the application for the special. I phoned Multichoice again. They told me someone will phone me. After a week a lady called me to explain to me what the special is and told me someone will call me to do the application. After about two weeks again no one called me and I then left a comment on Facebook and DSTV rep**** and said I must inbox my detail, this was Thursday 26 Nov '15. I gave them the details. Thursday 29 Nov '15 no one called me as yet to do the application. On Monday 30 Nov '15 I got a inbox to say someone will call me. It is Thursday again and NO ONE contacted me for the special.
